30 Days Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy at www.focalluremidleeast.com. If there is any trace of a manufacturing defect on the item you purchase, you may return it for a 1 to 1 exchange or a full refundwithin 30 days of delivery.
- Please send an email to Info@focalluremiddleeast with your order number and the reason for your return, as well as a minimum of three photographs of the product you'd like to return.
- Securely pack the product(s) in their original packing. All parts and accessories should be included. To receive compensation, all products must be unopened.
- Return the item to the courier service and give us with the parcel's tracking number and details.
- When the item is received back in our warehouse and quality confirmed, your exchange will be handled within 5 – 10 business days.
First Year of Ownership: Worry Free
We will pay all costs if your product is damaged during the Shipping Process. If a replacement product is not available, we will replace it with a similar product of comparable value.
